  We had a couple of issues with the food and that's why I'm giving 4 out of 5 star, however our wonderful server Kathy fixed the problems and then some. Her service was amazing. She is what waitstaff should strive to be. She was well put together, eager to please, gracious, energetic and just a pleasure all around. Her service alone made it a wonderful dining experience.

  The service was bad, the food was worse. We should've known that the service would be horrible when the hostess snapped at us for not wanting to sit at a booth, saying, "You can pick up your own menu, I only do that once". Our actual server was as quiet as she could get and barely checked to see how we were doing. The food we ordered was so bad I wouldn't give it to the homeless. Stale crackers, rubbery cheese, and tough inedible fruit that tasted like garbage, all for the low price of $80 including the tip. This was the first time we revisited Charcoal Hell Hole since the last poor experience over a year ago. Definitely will not be returning ever again. Small portions, high prices, and lousy staff give the Charcoal Grill a whopping one star.

  We ordered full rack of baby back ribs , the Best we've tasted short of homemade ! "A home run , A+ meal". also ordered chicken bruscetta ~ very flavorful.
